If you wish to return any items, we are happy to exchange the items for you. The items returned must be in their original condition, in an unworn state. Chrsitening boxes & candles are not returnable or refundable. Goods must be returned within 7 days of delivery to you. Please contact us by phone or email within 24 hours of delivery to you prior to returning goods as you will require a returns number . All returns must be accompanied with the original receipt and a return authorisation number to be exchanged. All returns must be delivered to postal address: Zaf Baby, PO Box 104, Earlwood, NSW, 2206, Australia. Sorry for the inconvenience, in case of returns all delivery costs incurred will be an additional cost paid by the customer.
